This completely self-directed online course is designed for anyone who is interested in a basic introduction to the Principles of Mind, Consciousness and Thought and their implications for all the helping professions. The eight-unit course takes an average of 25 hours to complete. Participants move at their own pace. Some complete the course in a few days; some take several weeks. There are many downloadable resources within the course.

Upon completion of the course, participants who want to earn CE credits will receive a Certificate from WVU Extended Learning, which will provide documentation for CE granting agencies.

This completely self-directed on-line course was designed for anyone, anywhere in the world, interested in a fundamental explanation of the Principles of Mind, Consciousness and Thought and how they fit into the current thinking in resilience and well-being. It is suitable for health professionals and for the general public. It contains about 26 hours of material. Some students go through the course in a few days; some take weeks; everyone works at a pace that is personally comfortable. The instructor is always available within 24 hours to respond to e-mail or come on-line for discussions.

Course participants who wish to apply for CE credits will receive a Certificate upon completion of the course. This will serve as proof of attainment of credit status for credit-granting organizations.
