Wellness online: Finding the answers you need, right now.
Studies have shown that many people seek individual help for problems they are facing on the internet, before they seek face-to-face counseling from a professional. Institutions of higher learning and service organizations are looking to create online selections for students and clients, where they can privately select from among a variety of topics.
The Relationship program below was created for such a purpose. In a trial run with university students, the majority found it helpful and indicated they would choose to find quick help through an internet source when faced with situations that were of concern to them.
The studying Podcast below right is another example, in a form that could be downloaded for mobile listening.
INSPIRE is ready to create Principle-based on-line modules for special purposes on special topics. If you would like to partner in creating a Principle-based wellness series, please fill out a "Contact INSPIRE" form (see Menu).

Many people are locked away in their own private unhappiness, too timid or insecure to ask for help. Many suffering people would seek help, but cannot afford to get it, or are not able to travel to it.
The internet offers the lonely and the disenfranchised an equal chance at reconnecting with their own well-being and wisdom.
The simple logic of the Principles of Mind, Thought and Consciousness, which describe how all people are always creating their own personal experience of life, can be conveyed in a variety of online formats. The truth of the Principles, that we are all functioning exactly the same way -- making thoughts up and seeing them as real, moment-to-moment -- resonates with people, regardless of the format in which they encounter it. Many people who would otherwise be lost might be touched and assisted to healthy functioning via internet programs.
INSPIRE is committed to making Principle-based mental health and well-being information available to people wherever and whenever they seek it, through working with partners to develop online presentations.
